When you book your first appointment with Queen City Health Center, our friendly staff will reach out with information to help you prepare for your first appointment.

We’ll also send you a link to our new patient paperwork, which you may complete online prior to your appointment. If you’d prefer to take care of the forms in our office, simply come in about 15 minutes early to do so.

Your First Visit

This is our information-gathering visit. We’ll greet you by name, help you with any paperwork and show you around the office so you feel at home. Then you’ll meet with your chiropractor to discuss your health history, what you need help with and what might have caused the problem.

We’ll then conduct a full-body examination and take appropriate X-rays (we don’t X-ray pregnant women or children).

This visit generally takes about 45 minutes, and we’ll schedule you for your next visit, typically on the very next day.

Your Second Visit

Before you return, your chiropractor will take the time to go over your exam results and X-rays to create a game plan to help you meet your goals. When you come in for your second appointment, we’ll show you an introductory video that explains more about chiropractic care and our approach, then we’ll go over your exam findings and X-rays. We’ll explain everything so you understand the underlying cause of your symptoms and how we plan to help.

We’ll lay out our recommendations for care, which are completely customized to your specific needs and goals. We’ll also explain all fees and your payment options. Then, if you’re ready to get started, we’ll begin your care plan at this visit, which is about 45 minutes.
