Three Essential Things To Remove From Your Diet

1. SUGAR: This is truly the biggest thing that will kill a man’s testosterone and his drive. It not only creates a massive amount of inflammation and cortisol, it affects hormones at an extremely high level; even more than it does for women.  It creates a huge negative impact on a man’s health. It increases DHT levels which can lead to baldness, prostate issues, and irritability. Lowered testosterone will also increase estrogen levels. Although this is one of the hardest things for people to do, it will have a massive impact on your health in a positive way if you commit to taking sugar out of your diet.

2. Alcohol: This is hard for some because  it’s such a huge part of culture and most have grown up around it, using it as a way to relax and have fun. When you take a step back and examine it though, what is alcohol? What is it, really? It’s poison. It wreaks havoc on your body and puts a big damper on testosterone. Taking out alcohol, especially beer (IPA beer being the most important to take out due to how it increases estrogen levels in men) will increase your health significantly.

3. Gluten: When we eat gluten, our bodies create an immune response and releases something called zonulin which creates gaps in  the gut lining. This can cause all kinds of inflammatory issues from digestive health, your neurotransmitter activity, how you feel, and even your heart health gets affected by this. Removing gluten is vital for your body to function at its optimal level of health.

Taking these three things out of your diet are truly the key and starting point to feeling like yourself again. If you’re dealing with a lot of issues it may take a little time for them to go away because it take the body time to heal, but commit to at least three months and see how this improves your health and testosterone levels!
