ONCE YOU ARRIVE

The moment you walk in our doors, our priority is that you feel that we care about you and your health concerns. We believe that the best investigative tool we have is listening.

After filling out our functional assessment questionnaire, we will consult with you. This will include your past health history, accidents, injuries, surgeries, your main health concerns, any past tests, or any treatments or home care you have tried in the past. With that, we will help you create your top five goals within our clinic. If you want to opt for home health care, you also can.

On your first visit bring your insurance card and id with you. Our team will provide a complimentary insurance verification to see what insurance does and does not cover with your care.
