Stress can come at us at every angle of life and sometimes it’s hard to know just what to do to avoid it all. The truth is, we won’t be able to avoid all forms of stress, but we can control as much of it as possible and trust God to take care of the rest! There are three helpful health hacks that Dr. Kyle shares with his patients about how to positively impact the health of the family and reduce stress on the body throughout the day.
1. EMF Protection: Electric and magnetic fields (EMF’s) are invisible areas of energy, often referred to as radiation, that are associated with the use of electrical power and various forms of natural and man-made lighting. These EMF’s surround us every day at almost every moment. They are released from cell phones, 5G towers, computers, WIFI routers, televisions, etc. These EMF’s affect our bodies at a cellular level and affects our energy. It’s important that we stay away from devices that release this as much as possible to protect ourselves. The packaging of our cell phones even tell us not to keep it near us at all times because it’s unhealthy for our bodies! So how do we protect ourselves? Thankfully, there are many ways to do so. The most effective way is to stay away from the devices listed above as much as possible. For your phones, you can buy EMF protection stickers to put on the back to reduce the amount being released and absorbed into your body. There are necklaces you can buy that will add protection as well. Shungite stones are inexpensive and can either be worn as a necklace or can be placed in the different rooms of your home to help absorb the EMF that’s being released from different devices that you have. For WIFI routers, you can buy something to cover it that absorbs EMF or even create a timer for the router to turn off at a certain time of the night and then back on in the morning so it’s not releasing EMF all throughout the night as you sleep. For wireless headphones, there are stickers you can buy from blue wave that will block EMF’s from being released so close to your brain. For overall home or office protection you can purchase something called Blue Shield that will completely block all EMF’s within a certain square footage!
2. Infrared: Infrared lights are amazing and extremely effective for mitochondrial health and your overall immune system! They can help kill off parasites and viruses and help keep certain viruses at at bay such as Epstein-Barr virus. Infrared saunas, lighting, and lasers are all great things you can do in order to reduce stress at a deeper level.
3. Grounding: Grounding is the most cost effective and easiest to implement into your life. It is simply walking around outside barefoot! This is also refrerred to as earthing. Walking around outside barefoot in the sun is known to be very effective for our energy levels and is also helpful for children with autism and ADD/ADHD to help calm them. Walk around your yard for at least 10 minutes a day and this will highly impact your overall health and stress levels.
